Maja Behrmann

Maja Behrmann (*1994, lives and works in Leipzig) completed her degree in the Master Class in Painting and Graphic Arts with Christoph Ruckhäberle at the Academy of Fine Arts Leipzig this summer. In 2021, she received the Max-Pechstein-Förderpreis by the Kunstsammlungen Zwickau, Germany which came along with a solo exhibition in the same year in the Max-Pechstein Museum in Zwickau. Moreover, she was represented with a solo exhibition at the EIGEN + ART Lab and had shows in the Kunsthal Charlottenborg, Copenhagen, Denmark, Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst, Leipzig or the Kunstverein Gera, Germany.
