The Chinese character “品” is comprised of three squares, representing three mouths. These mouths utter unsavory words and present an unattractive appearance, reflecting a lack of taste. However, by deconstructing and reassembling these components, one can transform the image into something new. Despite being composed of twelve straight lines, each end connects at a 90-degree angle to form a cohesive unit. Standing upright, the work exudes an air of dignity and confidence without being pretentious or overbearing. The work also embodies a rational design that shows an admirable order.
