『人山人海』時尚藝術裝置由曾為冰島歌姬碧玉製作高訂、多次參加倫敦與巴黎時裝周、並與台灣的雲門舞集、書法藝術家董陽孜老師合作的陳劭彥設計師創作。展演的靈感來自每年11月至隔年2月在蘭陽溪海口，補鰻人臨時搭建的工寮聚落，作品由海廢、結構、時裝等元素構築，展出於當代藝術家周世雄創立，一生只能入住一次的藝術空間 ROOM Hotel YOLO 永生旅店，揉合時尚與藝術的表現形式，傳遞永續與具有土地情懷的人文思維。

“People Mountain People Sea” is an art and fashion installation created by the renowned fashion designer, Chen Shao Yen. Constructed by marine debris, structures and fashion wears, this work is inspired by the temporary camps built by eel fishermen in his hometown, Yilan. The installation will be presented inside ROOM Hotel YOLO, the art space curated by artist Chou Shih Hsiung, where you could only stay over once in your life. Merging the form of presentation of art and fashion, this collection is dedicated to the people and the natural environment of Taiwan.
