德國知名出版社Hatje Cantz Verlag將首次為臺灣藝術家發行專書—《張耀煌：當繪畫成為行動》。

為慶祝本次的新書發表，藝術家張耀煌（1948 －）將於北藝大新落成的「科技藝術館」，攜手小提琴家林珍瑩及鋼琴家蘇迪，挑戰在一小時內進行一幅長寬20米乘10米的大型水墨創作。使繪畫、狂草、太極、舞蹈與音樂相互交融，執筆躍動於展演廳間。

Ode to Life | 2022.05.17 (3F, Theatre)

German publishing house Hatje Cantz Verlag will release their first ever Taiwanese artist monograph – Yahon Chang: Painting as Performance.

In celebration of the book launch, the artist (b. 1948) will create a live, large-scale ink painting (20 x 10 meters) performance under an hour, accompanied by violinists Edith Chen-Yin Lin with pianist Su Ti at the newly inaugurated Center for Art and Technology at TNUA. Transcending the boundaries between painting, calligraphy, Taiji in martial arts, dance, and music, the artist will wield his brushes on the large linen canvas in a floor dance across the theatre space.
